Common questions

Why are the team's files free and the rest paid?

Because they aren't ours. Student teams collected them, and we don't lock up someone else's work. What you pay for is the layer we build on top.

How many devices does a subscription cover?

One web device and one mobile device at the same time. Signing in on a third evicts the older device of that kind.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Monthly stops at the end of the month; a term subscription runs to the end of the term.

Do prices change by country?

Yes. Currency and price come from your university's country — never from where you happen to be or which network you're on.

Your subscription runs one web session and one mobile session at a time. Signing in from a third device signs out the oldest session of the same type.
